Motorsport UK and MoneyGram Haas F1 Team came together for the first-ever Race for Diversity community event. Race for Diversity aims to increase awareness and subsequently participation of people from racially diverse and under-privileged backgrounds within the motorsport industry by creating and strengthening pathways to and within UK motorsport.

Inspired by the successful format used by FIA Girls on Track UK, Race for Diversity has created a community for registered members to meet at in-person events to share news, opportunities, advice or just to enjoy discussing the latest on-track battles.

The first-ever community event was hosted by MoneyGram Haas F1 Team at its Banbury HQ. The group heard from Haas personnel about their differing roles in the team, how they got started and then had a VIP tour around the facility to see the different technical processes used by the team.
