Our mission is simple: to open doors for more females in this exciting industry, and we do this through two core elements:

1️⃣ Inspirational Days: We host hands-on, engaging events for schoolgirls aged 8-14, filled with activities like pitstop challenges, engineering, fitness, and more. These action-packed days introduce girls to the world of motorsport, guided by inspiring female role models.

2️⃣ Growing Community: Our ever-expanding community supports young women aged 16-24 with networking events, webinars, and direct opportunities with motorsport teams. Together, we’re driving change in this male-dominated field!
