In 2022, Motorsport UK, with the support of the British Motorsport Trust, began a roll-out of FIA specification light panels at circuit venues across the UK. This short video serves as a guide for Race Marshals explaining where light panels are currently installed, and how they are to be used at an event taking into account the recent regulatory changes for 2024 regarding the usage of Light Panels.

Motorsport UK is continually working closely with circuit venues to optimise the usage of light panels. To support this, Motorsport UK welcomes feedback from Marshals using light panels so that necessary changes can be made to improve user experiences and overall safety.
