RACE OF REMEMBRANCE | SUNDAY

Over the course of the 10-12th November 2023 – Remembrance weekend, Race of Remembrance is an opportunity for those who wish to, to join us as we pay tribute and remember those we have lost in conflict – a family member, a loved one or a friend, as well as support those who remain but have sacrificed much.

Coming together as one community, Mission Motorsport invites you to take on challenges or activities that will not only help you commemorate the weekend in your own way but help the charity to raise much-needed funds. You don’t even need to be a race driver to participate!

After a hugely successful race last year which saw the biggest number of entries ever, Mission Motorsport is partnering with BRSCC to bring you Race of Remembrance at Anglesey. Like previous years, it promises to provide not only beneficiaries with on-the-job training opportunities and driving experience but the wider motorsport community with some challenging and exhilarating racing.

Held across the Remembrance weekend, this unique 12-hour endurance race which is suspended for a special pitlane service on Remembrance Sunday is looking set to see over 50 teams and 150 drivers participate.

With several classes to be entered, you will see a variety of different cars on track. From Caterhams to Citroen C1s, from Lotus Elises to Mazda MX5’s and even a special invitation class allowing a different type of car to enter the race including the infamous Honda CRV converted race car. Although unique, all come to the track with one mission – to commemorate the fallen, and those that remain with us in a very special Pitlane of Remembrance.
