Carol Glenn, a licenced Clerk of the Course and official FIA Girls on Track UK Ambassador, has been a motorsport volunteer for 30 years and was the first female official of colour in the UK. She talks about the importance of visibility in sport and encourages people of any race or gender to get involved in motorsport.
